A Glimpse into the ALL Conference in Athens

Earlier this month, members of our team had the privilege of attending the ALL Conference in Athens — a gathering focused on one simple but powerful vision: everyday disciples making disciples in everyday life.

It was an inspiring few days filled with teaching, conversation, and connection with believers from across Europe and beyond, all carrying a shared heart to see lives transformed through Jesus.

Supporting Church Planters Globally

Our Strategic Leader, Mark Hubbard, attended with a clear purpose — to support and encourage church planters from around the world.

During the conference, Mark hosted a booth where he shared practical tools and resources designed to equip leaders in their mission. It became a space not only for giving, but for collaboration too. Visitors contributed their own ideas, insights, and materials — highlighting the beauty of a global Church learning from one another.

As a result, we’ve created a dedicated page on our website where people can:

  • Access helpful resources

  • Share what’s working in their own context

  • Contribute to a growing library that supports churches worldwide

This is just the beginning of something we hope will continue to grow and bless many.

A Conference Designed to Inspire Action

The ALL Conference is intentionally structured to move people from inspiration to action.

Each session weaved together:

  • A focused, TED-style talk

  • A real-life story

  • A panel discussion

  • Time to reflect with those around you

Workshops then take things deeper, offering interactive, hands-on learning tied directly to each theme. With multiple options available, these spaces are designed to equip participants with practical tools they can apply immediately in their own contexts — helping turn ideas into action.

The evenings were filled with relaxed opportunities to gather, pray, worship, and build meaningful relationships. These moments fostered collaboration and community — the kind of environment where shared mission can truly take root and grow.

Participants are also invited to join a 6–8 month virtual cohort, providing continued encouragement, accountability, and space to keep practising what they have learned.

Rooted in a Clear Vision

At the heart of the ALL Conference is a compelling vision:

  • ALL is a community – following Jesus together, not alone

  • ALL is about everyone – every believer is called and equipped

  • ALL is about making disciples – helping others grow and multiply

  • ALL is about every day – living this out in ordinary, daily life

This message echoed throughout every session, reminding us that disciple-making is not reserved for a select few or special occasions — it is a lifestyle for all of us.

Whether at home, at work, or within our local community, we are invited to live missionally in our everyday relationships, empowered by God’s Spirit to see transformation take place.

Taking It Forward

As a team, we’ve returned encouraged, challenged, and inspired. The conference wasn’t simply about gaining knowledge — it was about taking meaningful steps forward, both personally and as a church.

We are excited to continue building on what we’ve learned, supporting others in their calling, and playing our part in the bigger picture of what God is doing across Europe and beyond.

When believers come together — inspired, equipped, and united — the impact extends far beyond the event itself.

Lord Jesus,

Thank You for the opportunity to gather, to learn, and to be reminded of Your heart for people.

Thank You for the ways You are moving across nations, drawing people to Yourself and building Your Church.

We pray that what was sown during the ALL Conference would bear lasting fruit.

Help us not just to be inspired, but to take action—to live as everyday disciples who make disciples in our daily lives.

Give us boldness to share our faith, wisdom to walk alongside others, and humility to keep learning and growing.

Strengthen Your Church across Europe and beyond, and unite us in Your mission.

May everything we do point back to You.

In Your name,

Amen.
