The Welcome Project is here to walk alongside asylum seekers and refugees in Redcar and the wider area, offering community, connection, and practical help. We run English classes, a weekly football group, a ladies’ group, drop-in support sessions, and a variety of other activities that give people the chance to learn, meet new friends, and feel at home.
