Cost of new boiler: £15,328.80

Every week, our church building becomes a hub for the community, welcoming people of all ages, backgrounds, and needs. From children’s groups and fitness classes to Sunday worship and local events, our doors are open to all.

But our ageing 40+ years old boiler has now reached the point where it can no longer keep the building warm. Despite repairs and temporary fixes, it now needs full replacement. Until we can install a new boiler, many of our regular activities are at risk of being limited or cancelled during the colder months.

Various groups who rely on the building are currently affected by the failing heating. These include a local dance school serving over 80 young people each week, community theatre and arts classes, a support group for visually impaired residents, a large home-education community, our winter warm space, regular church services for nearly 100 people, additional worship gatherings, and several youth activity groups.

We’re raising funds to replace the boiler so we can continue offering a warm, welcoming space at the heart of our neighbourhood — and avoid cancelling community activities that many isolated and vulnerable people depend on.

This isn’t just about heating; it’s about safeguarding a place that brings people together week after week.
